1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Course Enrollment & Fees

2.1 Payment: All course fees must be paid in full via UPI to the provided UPI ID (seekhostack@ybl). Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.2 Enrollment Confirmation: Upon successful payment verification and screenshot submission, you will receive course access within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

2.3 Non-Refundable Policy: All course fees are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made and access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Course Content & Usage

3.1 Personal Use Only: All course materials, videos, notes, and resources are for your personal learning use only. You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or sell course materials to others
• Upload course content to public platforms or torrents
• Reproduce or redistribute course materials for commercial purposes
• Claim course content as your own work
• Misuse any course materials in violation of intellectual property rights

3.2 Access Duration: Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to course materials. This access may be revoked if you violate these terms.

4. Course Completion & Certificate

4.1 Certificate Issuance: Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course modules and projects as defined by Seekho Stack.

4.2 Certificate Authenticity: Certificates are for personal use and resume purposes. Seekho Stack is not responsible for verification or acceptance of certificates by third parties or employers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including videos, tutorials, notes, code, designs, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Seekho Stack or its content creators. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license for personal educational use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment
• Use the platform responsibly and ethically
• Not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or unethical behavior
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy of others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and login information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Seekho Stack is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seekho Stack is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Course content will lead to employment or specific outcomes
• Skills learned will guarantee job placement or career advancement
• The platform will meet your specific requirements

9. Disciplinary Actions

Seekho Stack reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate account access if terms are violated
• Remove content that violates these terms
• Take legal action against misuse or violation of intellectual property
• Refuse service to users who engage in unethical behavior

10. Support & Services

Seekho Stack provides support through WhatsApp, email, and other channels as available. While we strive to respond promptly, we do not guarantee immediate response times. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

11. Disclaimer

Seekho Stack does not assume responsibility for:

• Technical issues or internet connectivity problems
• Loss of data due to user error or device failure
• Outcomes or job prospects after course completion
• Third-party services or links mentioned in courses

12. Modifications to Terms

Seekho Stack reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
